The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) is accelerating the use of digital platforms and technology to enhance healthcare and government services for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their families.
DMW integration of services through the eGov PH Super App, developed in collaboration with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). This platform now consolidates key OFW processes, such as documentation, travel clearance and access to government services, into one digital interface. These digital tools not only simplify compliance for OFWs but also offer convenience, security and faster processing, enabling workers around the world to access services anytime, anywhere.
The Philippines from expanding telemedicine services to integrating electronic health records and launching mobile health platforms, the government aims to improve accessibility, efficiency and patient outcomes, particularly for underserved communities and overseas Filipinos.
