In 2026 and beyond, the focus will shift from stand-alone apps to care models that are integrated and based on intelligence Key frontiers include: Ambient intelligence capturing clinical encounters with minimal manual input, Predictive analytics flagging deterioration or bottlenecks early, Virtual care platforms extending specialist reach to tier‑2/3 cities.
Indian Healthcare future success will depend on governance structures, interoperability standards, data security, and being in line with national health priorities, AI should not be a separate system; it should be a clinical enabler that supports efficiency and fairness while keeping human judgment at the heart of healthcare.
