The Mohammed VI Foundation for Science and Health (FM6SS) and ABA LIFE, the healthcare arm of ABA Technology, announced on June 15 the creation of a joint venture dedicated to developing smart healthcare infrastructure based on artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
According to the partners, the initiative aims to combine clinical expertise, scientific research, and technological innovation to improve the performance and resilience of healthcare systems.
The new entity plans to begin deploying AI-driven healthcare solutions in Morocco from October 2026, before gradually expanding into other African countries.
Its ambition is to modernize the entire healthcare value chain, from medical research and telemedicine to biosurveillance, biomedical engineering, emergency management, and HealthTech startup incubation.
