The completion rate of the structured team record, the maintenance rate of the constructed cancer care sequence, and the compilation and presentation rate of the patient journey all reached 80.6%. In addition, the efficiency of medical and administrative staff working with hospitalized lung cancer patients was significantly improved, and caregiver stress, errors in shift transitions, and memory errors were significantly reduced.
