Highlights of Workload Reduction

The average identification time per case has been reduced from 12 minutesto 2 minutes, saving 10 minutes per case -an 83% improvement in efficiency.

A total of 170 identification cases have been processed, saving approximately 1,700 minutes that would otherwise have been spent on manual identification.
This project introduced a pharmaceutical identification platform to address the challenges associated with identifying patients' own medications. Such medications often lack proper labeling, share similar appearances, or are removed from their original packaging, increasing the difficulty and risk of misidentification by pharmacists.
