Highlights of Workload Reduction
The automated microbiology system, integrated with a human-machine interface, reduces approximately 7,000 manual streaking tasks, the handlingand sorting of 1,000 culture plates, and 400 sample pipetting actions per day. Overall, it decreases manual operations by about 71.2%, while increasing the output of the microbiology laboratory by 27.9%. The rapid generation of test reports enables clinical physicians to intervene in treatment earlier.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we have continued implement fully automated and intelligent laboratory systems to ensure high-quality and efficient services.
