Highlights of Workload Reduction
In the past, physiological monitoring data such as pulse and blood pressure were printed on small paper slip after measurement and manually recorded by caregivers. When dealing with a large number of individuals, this process often led to incomplete records or data loss. With the implementation of this system, individuals or home-care patients can now be directly transmitted to the healthcare operation module via Bluetooth connection from the monitoring devices to mobile phone, eliminating the need for manual entry.
This approach enables both real-time monitoring and long-term tracking of patient's health status. Additionally, its built-in alert settings can notify care givers of any physiological abnormalities, allowing for timely intervention and support.
This project originated from our hospital's promotion of preventive medicine and the acceptance of the government's Long-Term Care ABC service policy, this project led to the development of the "880 (Help You) Health Management and Care System", specifically designed to effectively manage individual health conditions.
