Highlights of Workload Reduction
1.Build a personal learning passport to document the learning process and assess learning effectiveness, integrating digital technology. This will enable new nurses to swiftly select the necessary learning projects based on their individual progress, seamlessly linking various aspects of their personal learning journeys. The outcomes of their learning will be showcased through the personal passport. Additionally, it will facilitate effective personal management and oversight by supervisors at all levels.
2. The establishment of a patient safety culture, the cultivation of resilience within healthcare institutions, and the implementation of measures to address patient safety incidents are imperative. By the year 2024, it isenvisaged that no patient safety incidents will be recorded for new nurses.
How to improve the adaptability of new nurses and enable them to smoothly integrate into clinical work has become an important issue. This system will respond to clinical practice more effectively through the combination of innovative strategies and nursing practices.
