  Highlights of Workload Reduction  

1. The introduction of an automatic fire extinguisher inspection function can monitor the status of fire extinguishers in real-time, including whether the pressure and position are correct. When a problem is detected, the system automatically sounds an alarm and notifies maintenance personnel to go directly to the specific location for inspection or repair, eliminating the need for a comprehensive manual inspection. This not only improves maintenance efficiency but also reduces workload by about 45.3%.

2. Since the general public typically lacks fire drill training, they often panic or become disoriented during a fire emergency. Through real-world evacuation simulations, dynamic guidance has been shown to effectively reduce evacuation time by approximately 17.1%.

3. The digital display panel at the nursing station and the central control room synchronously displays the fire information of the fire alarm paneland sends APP notifications at the same time, so that disaster relief personnel can obtain preliminary information of the disaster in real-time withzero-time difference/delay.

The Smart Disaster Prevention and Mitigation System is a comprehensive safety improvement program aimed at strengthening the hospital's ability to respond to disasters. The system is integrated by HEX Safety Inc. with early earthquake warning, real-time room temperature tracking, occupant identification tracking, and dynamic evacuation functions. It can fully process building information

before a disaster occurs, and provide proper guidance during evacuation, greatly reduce casualties and injuries to patients and healthcare workers.
