Highlights of Workload Reduction
The case manager platform management and emergency notification operation time can be reduced by 10 minutes, with an average of 40-60 minutes saved per month.
This project combines the resources of Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, Acer Inc, and the New Taipei City Fire Department to establish a real-time emergency medical reporting system. The system monitors physiological data through a wearable smartwatch and instantly notifies emergency medical services (EMS) and the medical team when arrhythmias are detected, accelerating activation of the chain of life and improving the success rate of first aid. The system uses AWS cloud computing to ensure stable data transmission, and works with the case management platform to remind patients of abnormal conditions and reduce the risk of disease progression.
