We utilize advanced medical technology as the foundation, integrating AIO daily monitoring stations (which measure blood pressure,heart rate, blood oxygen levels,and body temperature), Line@, and online questionnaires. The collected data is stored on the platform for efficient management, enabling the hospital to monitor elderly individuals' health conditions and track abnormal values.
In the event of any abnormalities, patients will be referred to the appropriate outpatient department for timely medical intervention, health education, or participation in health promotion programs.
