1. The time and manpower spent on equipment search were reduced by 94%.

2. The time and manpower spent on data statistics were reduced by 89%.

3. The number of outsourced on-site electromechanical personnel was reduced by 16%, saving NTD 9 million in labor costs.

 

Our hospital and other healthcare facilities in Taiwan face similar challenges such as long-term facility use, difficulty in equipment monitoring, a wide range of maintenance tasks, and high labor costs.

We have implemented the Intelligent Building Management System (iBMS) to address current issues in alignment with the 2024 Six Indicators for Intelligent Buildings:
