Highlights of Workload Reduction
1. By accurately reading information through the system, manual identification of instruments is no longer necessary. System-based identification saves both time and manpower compared to manual methods. Total cost savings: Nursing labor cost NTD 341/hour x 8,488 hours=NTD 2,894,408/year. On average, 420 seconds are saved per tray, representing a 70% reduction in time.
2. Mnual recording is no longer required; information is now automatically uploaded via system integration. Total cost savings: NTD 341/hour x 77 hours = NTD 230,857/year. Compared to manual work, an average of 597 seconds were saved per sterilization cycle, with a 99.5% reduction in time.
