2024 National Healthcare Quality Award
Highlights of Workload Reduction
1. Digitalized teaching and training materials to reduce administrative burden
ㆍCut down the use of paper forms by approximately 150,000 sheets
annually, reducing costs in printing, data transfer, and storage.
ㆍ Learners and teachers can instantly access, record, and provide feedback, including qualitative feedback via voice input, reducing the workload of manual data entry.
ㆍEliminated the risks of illegible handwriting, moisture damage, or loss of paper records, ensuring higher data accuracy and secure record-keeping.
2. Optimized teaching data management to enhance decision-making efficiency
ㆍConverted assessment data into radar charts to help learners understand their strengths and areas needing improvement, while enabling teachers and administrators to quickly grasp learning dynamics.
ㆍThe system summarizes growth across all learning stages, offering a complete analysis of learning outcomes.
ㆍ By integrating data from various platforms, the system effectively saves staff time spent retrieving information from multiple sources. This boosts data utilization efficiency and fosters better cross-departmental collaboration.
Integrating knowledge, attitude, skills, and awareness (KASA), along with six core competencies, we have developed a teaching dashboard anddigital learning map (i-KASA) to visualize teaching and learning dynamics.
