Based on medical logic, we concluded the principles for physical examination arrangement and organized execution and waiting time for each examination to design the “AI-Based Smart Examination Scheduling System”. Customers who wear smart watches can communicate with nurses in real time.

The AI-based system will automatically schedule and notify nurses the optimized physical examination arrangement to their tablets then to the customers’ smart watches. The combined “Positioning and Navigation System” allows customers to select a system-guided route to the examination room. The examination time will be recorded to reduce the time of customer waiting and examination room idling.

Device connection and data upload, and smart watch applications: 4. real-time message notification, conversation, two-way communication, 5. VIP recognition, 6. Scheduling status inquiry, 7. Examination checkpoints record, and 8. with NFC TAG applications: inductive locker.
