With traumatic brain injury patients at the center, there are complete assessment procedures from the start of emergency care to discharge. The system will automatically upload the IMPACT predictive value to EMR, providing predictive values to physicians and explanations to family members. The system monitors patient mortality rates and prognosis to reduce medical futility. After patients are hospitalized, the information system sends reminders to complete ADL assessment of medical records every 7 days and after discharge. Before patients are discharged, the system sends reminders to complete GOS assessment. Completion of these assessments for traumatic brain injury patientss between January and October 2020 was 100%.
