Reliability and Validity Analysis of Wearable Devices in Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Its Medical Applications in the Home Field

We introduced an one lead ECG patch system for moderate to severe OSA patients. The detection accuracy of the device is as high as 87%. In the comparison between hospital and home, we found that sleep posture restriction due to inspecting wire may be the main reason for the overestimation of traditional PSG. The wearable device is small in size, low in interference, and can be used for a long time. It is a useful tool for preliminary OSA screening and long-term monitoring.
