The quality of nursing records improved from 79.0% in 2014 to 94.0% in 2019, and patient safety indicators related to evidence-based decision-making have improved each year, including: Incidence of pressure injury in hospitalized patients was lowered from 0.6% to 0.2%, chemotherapy extravasation decreased from 0.49% to 0.02%, and physical restraint rate decreased from 1.2 times per 100 hospitalized days to 0.6 times.
