The intelligent ED management system collects all important information in a common platform. It offers the real-time statistics of the ED to make the staff in charge know the whole picture of the ED. The staff could make adjustment to the resource allocation based on the information to resolve the ED overcrowding. The ED staff also could know if the examinations to the patients were finished with the system, and then facilitate the patient flow.
