This hospital uses a web-based Building Management Control System to assist in energy management. In addition to various automated applications, it controls the excess consumption of our contract capacity. When the system detects that our current energy usage is about to go over the contract capacity, it reduces the usage in relevant system loads without affecting the quality and safety of the hospital's healthcare activities in order to reduce penalties for surpassing the contract capacity.
1. The system can empty septic tanks and fill up water tanks during off-peak hours at night.
2. It can also use time-of-day scheduling and temperature controls to start and stop the (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) HVAC system according to the building's current service demands.
3. It includes real-time system controls to reduce reaction time.
4. They introduced automatic LINE notification so that operators and supervisors can receive timely system information, thus enabling them to respond immediately.
