Information visual design can be used to show the effectiveness of operational targets, clinical care data or quality control indicators. By instantly displaying major data anomalies and discrepancies, it can make manual tasks less time-consuming and prone to human errors. This solution helps decision makers quickly compare related data, thereby giving them sufficient information to ensure sound decisions and actions. We used cloud data analysis technologies to integrate our management information innovatively and established an advanced smart situation room. Through KMUH’s medical system, we have cooperated with clinics and medical institutions in the community to monitor the area’s healthcare capacity, allowing us to provide a quick response to any changes in the environment.
