This antithrombotic CDSS was integrated with PharmaCloud. The CDSS can intelligently recommend a reasonable antithrombotic stopping time according to the patient's individualized bleeding and embolism risk according to the doctor's order before surgery. The CDSS will also provide personalized health education sheet reminding patients to pay attention to the medication stop date before surgery. After surgery, the CDSS will automatically prompt reminders for doctors to resume the use of antithrombotic drugs.
