The home-based neurofeedback training and sleep quality assessment system apply the miniaturizing, wireless, automatic and remote technique, to transmit the electroencephalography (EEG) to computer by head-band dry electrode EEG cap. The system could automatically analyze the sleep quality and feedback the real-time brain-wave signal to users. The users could enhance and record the alpha rhythm brain-wave related with relaxing by specific skills. The intervention is neurofeedback training, improving sleep quality gradually.
