The overall goal of the mode of this project is to active care of high-risk groups of heart failure by using home monitoring machines such as ECG, heart sounds and smart bracelets. We use the AI platform and the data feedback of patients' home measurements, to build a non-invasive wearable device and an artificial intelligence cloud system to construst and artificial intelligence prevention and treatment model for heart failure groups. It meets the medical care needs of patients, provides high-quailty integrated holistic care, improves the quality of medical care and effectively reduces re-hospitalization, death rate and healthcare spending.
