The intelligent monitoring system in this institution is planned around central monitoring. It integrates various electromechanical systems (such as power, water supply, fire protection, air conditioning, medical gas, emergency rescue, surveillance security, etc.) to allow information to be transmitted between them and contorl efficiency to be maximized. In addition, a network of electromechanical monitoring is established to achieve the goal of information exchange, with public light-current electric cabinets set up to reduce the need for hardware equipment resetting and to save contruction costs. To ensure fast data transmission, fiber optics are used as the backbone wiring, with future expansion in mind. The overall plan is optimized and improved under the four themes of "safety", "health", "energy conservation", and "management".
