After reviewing the relevant processes of the project, it was found that the procedure of specimen transfer is very trouble also complicated and repeated in the past. To solve time-consuming and error-prone problems, an information system was established for improving the transfer process.

  1. Establish a complete transfer program between hospitals within the group to provide correct and fast delivery of medical orders and reports.
  2. The information system is equipped with the function of querying the movement of the specimen and the time point, and monitors the completion time of tests to ensure the timeliness of test reports every month.
  3. To review the correctness of the report format and content of the system to ensure the quality of the laboratory service regularly.
