📍Improve doctor-patient communication and encourage patients and their families to participate in patient safety work

In order to make people feel at ease to seek medical treatment, NCKUH implements intelligent management in three aspects:

1. TOCC Verification System: We had set up TOCC machine at each entrance, and people need to verify whether they have 14-day domestic, foreign travel history, listed as home isolation or self-health management, etc.
2. Automatic Disinfection System: According to the number of patients of database, including the peak time of the flow, the accumulation of the number of patients, etc., we designed an automatic disinfection solution that mainly carried by Autonomous Mobile Robot.
3. Medical Equipment Management System and APP: In response to the epidemic, by Medical Equipment Management System and APP, we had improved the process, conducted intelligent management of medical equipment, and made it more convenient for borrowing and arrangement.
