2023 National Healthcare Quality Award
To improve the health and longevity of the elderly, the use of the "HEALTH 365" mobile application will be promoted. The app design includes six categories: health, exercise, health education, surveys, activity point redemption, and community exchange. It encourages people to use the app for regular monitoring of physiological indicators, viewing health records, health education, step challenges, exercise reminders, diet tracking, water intake monitoring, medication reminders, and alert notifications, totaling nine functions. Additionally, motivation theories such as the Expectancy Theory and models like the Time Banking concept will be applied to motivate the elderly towards health promotion.
