Apply APP Two-way Communication Mechanism to Construct the Real-time Call and Reply System for High-risk Values

The project aims to explore the applications of real-time call and reply system on high-risk value inspections, including biochemistry, blood tests, the blood bank, microbiological reports, image reports, inspection reports, pathologic reports, etc. It constructs the APP two-way feedback mechanism based on the HIS architecture. The concept of system architecture comes from the hot social software, LINE. The software is easy and useful so that the clinic personnel may create many LINE groups for each health care teams. Because of some critical shortcomings, such as the insecurity, limited historical records, no search function, no management platform, no capacity to trace a number of messages, difficultness for transmission of messages generated by the Hospital and insufficient message reply settings, it is hard to introduce the software in the core business of enterprise, especially the applications in the Hospital. Therefore, the CMedLine, an applications integrating an APP and HIS system, is developed to solve the above issues.

"The CMedLine solving these clinic issues has six features as follows : 1.Access Control: User accounts and passwords are synchronized with the information system in the Hospital. 2.Message Management: After launched, the CMedLineApp receiver will show the read messages, unread messages and historical messages. It also can connect to the Mobile system in the Hospital to inquire more patients’ data for received high-risk message interpretation and decision making. 3.Unlimited length of message content with colors for identification: CMedLine will provide complete messages to receivers. 4.Communications between the message sender and receivers: When transmitting the message to the current health care workers, the message sender knows the group members clearly and can communicate with them by phone. 5.Risk degree identification: Common and risk messages are shown with different colors and flash so that they can be identified by clinic health care workers easily. 6.Online replied messages pushed to health care members and synchronized with HIS system: The replied messages issued from not only a PC but also the APP will be synchronized to the APP of other members. New and old system comparisons : The smart medical era is coming. With the development of science and technology, the Hospital can review the original developed system depended on the better environment and conditions to provide more convenient and practical applications for clinic healthcare teams. This research is an essential annual project in the Hospital. The completed applications will drive more possible applications. "
