Highlights of Workload Reduction
1. Shortened Processing Time
The entire manual operation of printed contracts requires about 3 to 6 minutes per contract (not including storage organization and data destruction tasks). Utilizing RPA to automate contract sending, cataloging, andstorage reduces the manual processing days from approximately 20 days per year to just 30 seconds per contract.
2. Reduced Information Technology Workload
Through low-code development, an estimated 4 to 5 months of engineer workdays are saved.
To enhance HR operational efficiency and promote paperless processes, the hospital introduced Microsoft 365 in 2024. The HR team utilized RPA and low-code development to create an online signing app, replacing paper-based signatures, and developed an AI virtual assistant to integrate HR services and inquiries.
