1. We integrated the health bureauand hospital prescriptionsystems, and streamlined the operations by interfacing withvarious systems.
2. We can send SMS messagesto Covid-19 positive casessimultaneously upon receiving the case, explain the follow-up process, and provide a health assessment form for thepatients to fill out.
3. We designed the intelligent case assessment and triage.The low-risk patients do not need to undergo manual assessment and can be directly admitted for care. High-risk patients are reassessed and referred tocentralized quarantine facilities or emergency department. Furthermore, the triage information can be promptly uploaded to the New Taipei City case management system.
4. There were auto evaluationand automatic sending of SMS messages for antiviral medication outpatient registration, assisting with registration and medication.
5. We provided epidemic information to New Taipei City residents through Al ChatBOT and interactive voice response (IVR), allowing them to dial in to obtain the information they need or be transferred to the correct department.
6. We assisted in expedited emergency room entry for patients with changing medicalconditions. We can also batch transmit information on patients who are unreachable, transferred to other districts, or transferred to centralized quarantine facilities to the health bureau system, district offices, and police stations to facilitate subsequent placement or investigation operations.
