This project enhances the previous system where patients had to manually queue and be called for treatment, lacking proper sorting or knowledge of the waiting sequence. To address this, an intelligent queuing machine is introduced. This machine automatically recognizes medical procedure codes issued by the National Health Insurance, forming the foundation for automatic categorization of treatment items.
