"Since 2003, the Department of Education of Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital has introduced the e-learning and constructed diverse integrated learning environment actively. With the courses, the functions of the e-learning platform are promoted to the Hospital and each Tzu Chi vocation. In 2009, the Tzu Chi E-learning platform was launched officially, and offered about 2,700 courses in the end of June 2017. It promotes the educational training from employees to the vocations by supporting course offering system and reports and integrating actual courses and employees’ training records. Moreover, the Tzu Chi lecture platform is established to record each splendid speech in each vocation. In the end of 2010, the e-Portfolio platform was launched to organize the physicians’ learning processes of specialized courses. The about 10,000 employees in the vocation can access these online systems with single account and password. In addition, the Health OK website provides more than 160 health education courses for people throug the APPs on android and iOS mobile devices. Based on the integrated online platforms, Tzu Chi e-learning will construct high-quality, efficient and interactive online learning environment continuously. "
