1.Considerate: Provide nine active and intimate reminders for the public: registered appointments, clinic progress, medication pickup progress, examination schedule, surgery status, health education information, prescription and medication, four cancer screening qualifications, and event-related information reminders .
2. Intelligence (AI, artificial intelligence): The AI ​​artificial intelligence interactive robot "Xiaoci" is available 24 hours a day on line and provides medical guidance and illness inquiries in real time. It also provides the most relevant health education videos or other materials.
3.Security: Rigorous information encryption and verification procedures are designed to ensure personal privacy.
