When performing muscle strength training, users can see their own movements on the screen through the precise movements and voice instructions demonstrated by the virtual teacher on the same screen, combined with the design of switching between the front and rear cameras of the mobile phone, thereby enhancing their compliance with the movements. To ensure accuracy, you can also wear a specific bracelet to connect with the APP. You can observe your own heart rate changes during exercise on the APP screen. After you gradually complete the exercise content. The APP will also give five-stage motivation points based on the degree of completion, and it will become the driving force for patients to continue their efforts.

This medical AR teaching APP helps strengthen the cardiorespiratory endurance of hospitalized COVID-19 patients in contactless, trains their breathing and muscle strength, and avoids reduced mobility caused by long-term hospitalization, which in turn causes other complications.
Benefits

Compared with before use, the average lung capacity of hospitalized patients increased by 135%, lower limb muscle strength increased by 128%, balance index increased by 171%, and dyspnea decreased to 43% of the original level. 48 outpatients used it for more than 30 days, 15 used it repeatedly, 12 of them used it for more than 100 days, and 1 used it for 200 days, 300 days, and 400 days respectively.
