This project originated from our hospital's promotion of preventive medicine and the acceptance of the government's long-term care ABC service. We specially designed the "880 (Help You) Health Management and Care System " to effectively manage the health status of service cases. This system provides three major service features: (1) professional and timely, (2) safe and affordable, and (3) considerate and healthier.
The "880 (Help You) Health Management Care System" is independently developed and has obtained the new patent certificate No. M621437 from the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office. This 880 health care management system connects data, effectively monitors changes in the patient's physiological state through remote information transmission and network technology, and transmits it to the management system through instant messaging. By monitoring the patient's physical changes over a long period of time and continuously collecting data, we can further determine and analyze physiological trends and formulate more effective care plans with the help of scientific and information-based systems. We also designed different modules integrated with the hospital information system and the medical and long-term care system. The whole system can effectively monitor and improve not only the efficiency of personnel management and long-term care for patients.

The long-term care health management service model goes deeper into the professional processes of the care site, helping professionals to remind of missed or incomplete health care parts at the appropriate time, thereby achieving high-efficiency and high-quality long-term care services.

(1) Core service: Tzu Chi Community Health 880 health care system management, providing long-term care elders with health cloud services, using big data trend analysis and daily physiological monitoring data monitoring, including important physiological monitoring data such as blood pressure, body temperature, pulse and blood sugar, to provide the most important care benefits that long-term care elders need to solve health management problems.
(2) Ancillary services: 880 Health Management and Care System, integrating the ABC long-term care one-stop service, increasing the value of the overall service experience for the elderly in long-term care, and differentiating from other products through person-to-person case management and five-dimensional care.
